Should I remove my makeup before using the brush?
Yes, for a more effective cleanse we recommend removing any heavy makeup & eye makeup in a pre-cleanse.
How do I clean the brush?
As it's 100% waterproof, our facial brush can be thoroughly cleaned using warm soapy water. We recommend drying with a lint free cloth and storing in a clean, dry place.
How often can I use my brush?
Daily. Our brush has gentle, silicone bristles which are non-abrasive and respectful of the skin's natural barrier. Like all skincare advice, going with what works for your skin type and concerns is best.
How do I charge my brush?
Each of our devices come with a USB charger. This can be used with a regular USB plug.
Once inserted, the indicator light on the facial brush with breath while charging, glowing on and off. Once the device is fully charged, the indicator light will stay constantly on until it is plugged out. A full charge should take <5 hours and this should last you at least 30 uses.
Is the brush suitable for teenagers?
Yes, our facial brush is super gentle on skin and encourages teenagers to create healthy skin habits at the beginning of their skincare journey. The built-in two minute timer teaches the user the appropriate amount of time it takes to give the skin an effective cleanse.
How often can I use my LED?
We recommend a minimum of 3-5 times a week, but our LED device can be used daily. The more consistent you are the faster and stronger the results.
LED is a marathon, not a sprint. We say once you're consistent, you'll start to see results in 4 weeks time, maybe even sooner.
Can I use one mode after another?
Yes, our LED was designed to stack treatments if desired. It's handheld, allowing you to target certain areas on the face and body easily.
You can use red, yellow and blue in the one session. We would recommend starting with red/yellow as these modes use thermoheat technology - encouraging your skincare ingredients to absorb. Follow with our blue mode to target any congested or spot-prone areas. Blue light destroys bacteria on and under the surface to prevent breakouts at their source.
Is it normal for the jade stone to heat up?
Yes, our device uses thermoheat technology that heats up to 43 degrees on both the red and yellow setting.
This softens skin and encourages maximum product absorption. Blood circulation is stimulated too, enhancing skin's radiance!

How do I clean my LED device?
As our LED is fully waterproof, it can be thoroughly cleaned using warm soapy water and rinsing under the tap. We recommend drying with a lint free cloth and storing in a clean, dry space.
Do I use the LED with the ring on or off?
This ring doesn't effect the treatment in anyway, it's there to keep the protective cover in place for travel.
So whether you use your device with or without the ring is up to you. It won't effect the power or potency of the light, heat or pulse.
How often can I use my ultrasono?
As our device has two modes, clean & tone, the recommendations are different for both.
CLEAN : This can be used 1-2 times a week. The clean mode achieves a professional-level peel at home without the actives. So it's perfect for sensitised skin (who can't use acids to achieve brighter skin).
TONE: Can be used daily. The light tapping vibrations encourage muscle stimulation. Reducing facial puffiness while tightening and toning the contours of the face.
Is the ultrasono suitable during pregnancy?
We don't recommend using while pregnant. Our Ultrasono is charged by high-frequency sound waves, although these are super safe, they do cause natural reactions at cellular level, so for this reason we don't recommend using while pregnant.
Our Smart Sonic Facial Brush is suitable and can be used to achieve a gentle daily exfoliation throughout and while breastfeeding too.
How can I clean my Ultrasono?
We recommend using warm, soapy water to thoroughly rinse the spatula head. Once washed, dry with a lint free cloth and store with the protective lid placed on.
